Why they work
Why loop keyrings work for education
Students carry keys everywhere: halls, shared houses, bikes and lockers. A keyring in university or school colours is something they will actually use, unlike most open day freebies.
Keyrings also work for fundraising. PTAs and student societies can sell them for £1 to £2 at fairs and events, with most of the price going to the cause.
For leavers and graduates, a keyring with the year on it is a small, lasting reminder of where they studied.

What you can print
Your institution’s name and crest or logo on one side, and your web address or a year group on the other. Your marketing or brand team may need to approve use of the crest before you order.

Colours that work
Match your school or university colours: Royal Blue, Navy, Burgundy, British Racing Green and Gold are classic crest colours. The designer shows Pantone references for each colour, so you can follow your brand guidelines.

Timing
When to order
Work back from the date you need them. Production typically takes 7-10 working days after artwork approval, so order by early August for freshers’ week in September, and by early May for summer leavers’ events.
