Branded Keyrings for Estate & Letting Agents
Estate and letting agents use branded loop keyrings on the keys they hand to buyers and tenants, and on the sets they hold for viewings. Each one puts the agency’s name in a new homeowner’s pocket on moving day, from 30p each.

Why they work
Why loop keyrings work for estate agents
Handing over the keys is the moment a buyer or tenant remembers. A keyring with your name on it becomes part of that moment, then goes on the key they use every day in their new home.
That matters because your next instruction often comes from the same people. Homeowners move on average every few years, and landlords and tenants need agents again at the end of a tenancy. The keyring keeps you in mind in between.
For lettings teams, keyrings also make the office key board easier to manage and quicker to check.

What you can print
Your agency name and phone number on one side, and a second line such as “Thinking of moving? Free valuation” or your website on the other.
Never print a property address on a keyring. If keys are lost, the address tells the finder which door they open. Use a separate internal code tag if you need to identify properties. Design yours with our custom loop keyrings designer.
For lettings, the keyring sits alongside the government’s How to Rent guide that you already give new tenants.

Colours
Colours that work
Use your agency’s brand colours so the keyring is recognisable at a glance.
If sales and lettings need telling apart, give them contrasting trims, such as Navy and Sky Blue, or Burgundy and Gold.
The designer shows Pantone references for each colour.
Try any combination in the online designer and see it in 3D before you order.
