Branded Keyrings for Hotels, B&Bs & Holiday Lets
Loop keyrings suit accommodation that still uses physical keys: B&Bs, guest houses, holiday lets, serviced apartments and hotel staff key sets. They are light enough for guests to carry all day and cheap enough to replace when one goes home in a pocket, from 30p each.

Why they work
Why loop keyrings work for accommodation
Traditional heavy room fobs are designed to be handed in at reception. Guests out for the day, or staying in a self-catering let, want something they can put in a pocket. A loop keyring is light and comfortable to carry, so keys stay with the guest rather than on the table.
Keys do still go missing. At 30p to 52p each, a lost keyring costs far less to replace than a solid brass or leather fob, and a phone number on it gives a finder a way to return the keys.
If your hotel uses key cards, loop keyrings still work for staff and master keys, bike and locker keys, and as branded merchandise.

Our work
Loop keyrings we’ve made for customers
Every one of these was designed with a customer, printed & created in Britain and checked by our team before it shipped.
Artwork
What you can print
Your property name and phone number, with “If found, please call” on the reverse. Avoid printing the full address together with a room or apartment number: if the key is lost, that tells the finder exactly which door it opens.
Every design has a minimum order of 250, so numbering individual rooms is not practical. Most properties print the name and number, and add a small room tag separately. Try it in our custom loop keyrings designer.

Colours
Colours that work
Navy, Burgundy, British Racing Green and Gold give a classic hospitality feel. Holiday lets by the coast often suit Sky Blue, Marine or White.
A glow-in-the-dark end cap (+8p each) helps guests find keys in a dark bag or on a bedside table. The designer shows Pantone references for each colour.
Try any combination in the online designer and see it in 3D before you order.
